Delivery condition:
1. Process: EAF+LF+VD+FORGE
   EAF: Electric Arc Furnace; LF: Ladle Furnace;
   VD: Vacuum Degassing
2. Heat treatment: Annealing / Normalizing / Soft Cooling
3. Finish and Appearance: Rough Turning(Peeled) / Grinding / Black Condition/ polished
4. UT inspection: to SEP1921/84, C/c or finer
5. ASTM Grain Size: to EN ISO 643 or ASTM E 112: 3 or finer.
6. Reduction Ratio: Minimum 3 or finer
7. Cleanliness: To  ASTM E 45 method A.
              Thick: A≤2.0;B≤1.0;C≤0.5;D≤1.0
              Thin: A≤2.5;B≤2.5;C≤0.5;D≤1.5
8. The content of H2 : 2.0ppm
9. Straightness: Maxi 3 mm per meter.
10. Diameter Tolerance: -0/+3mm (rough turned)
                       -0/+5mm (black condition)
